An effective choice starts with the product’s real constraints and ends with the artwork—not the other way round.

    Consider what the box must hold, how much it weighs, and whether it will be displayed, gifted or shipped.

    Choose the structure

    Lidded, self-assembling, hanging, windowed or carton: start with the opening and use experience.

  3. 03

    Enter the dimensions

    Use the product dimensions and allow the clearance needed to insert and protect it.

    Match the material

    Balance rigidity, appearance, recyclability and any sector-specific requirements.

    Add print and finishes

    Choose inside or outside printing, a protective finish, soft touch, lamination or special effects.

01Is HelloPack paperboard suitable for every product?

It is designed to protect and present lightweight products. Ask the team to assess a different solution for heavy objects.

02Can I order one piece as a test?

Yes. You can order a single piece for mock-ups, samples and tests before production.

03How much does the cutting die cost?

Digital laser cutting requires no physical die, so there are no tooling costs for the available shapes.

04Can I print the inside too?

Yes, for paperboard and premium packaging. Food packaging is printed on the outside.

05Is a protective print finish mandatory?

No, but it is recommended to increase rigidity and resistance to scratches and rubbing.
