The Professional Artwork Check is free on every order: before starting print, our team checks that your artwork is legible and in high resolution. If there is anything to correct, we will notify you via email before printing, so you avoid discovering a problem once the job has already started.

2. Our team checks the legibility and technical quality of the file before production

3. If everything is fine, it goes to print; if something needs correcting, we will email you

Does the artwork check cost anything?

No, it is included free of charge on every order, regardless of the quantity.

What exactly does the team check?

Legibility and technical quality of the file: resolution (recommended 300 dpi) and bleed (3 mm), as well as the correct preparation of the file for printing.

What happens if the file has an issue?

We will email you before starting print, explaining what needs to be corrected. Production only starts after your confirmation.

What file formats can I upload?

PDF, AI, EPS or PNG.

Do I need to request it separately or add it to the cart?

No: it is automatically included on every order, with no need to add it or pay for it separately.

Does the check also apply if the artwork is generated with AI?

Yes: we check the technical quality of the file, such as resolution, format, and bleed, regardless of how the artwork was created. The check only concerns the printability of the file: the usage rights of the artwork (including that generated with AI) remain the responsibility of the person uploading the file.
